At the ISTE 2024 conference, Google announced several new features for Chrome, including Read Aloud in Reading Mode, Gemini features for schools, and integration with Google Classroom2. Gemini will be available to teen students in over 100 countries using Workspace for Education accounts. Google Classroom is testing Gemini for lesson planning and content, while also receiving Read Along to help younger students practice reading skills with AI support.
