The Oakland gas station ransacking occurred around 4:30 a.m. when a crowd attending a nearby sideshow broke in and began ransacking the place.
Around 70 people were involved in the Oakland gas station theft that took place at the 76 gas station on Hegenberger Road. The incident occurred at 4 a.m. and resulted in approximately $100,000 in losses for the store.
The thieves were reportedly unhappy at the Oakland station because they were not allowed inside the station and were only offered window service, which was the normal procedure for that time of night.
